Overview

A growing mental health practice approached us with a clear problem: their existing website—built by the founder using a free DIY tool—was no longer doing justice to their expanding reputation. It lacked structure, design polish, and modern functionality, which meant potential clients weren’t engaging as they should.

Discovery & Direction

During our discovery phase, we worked closely with the founder to understand their personal style and vision. What stood out was a preference for a minimalist yet bold aesthetic—clean lines, clear typography, and an uncluttered experience with confident visual choices.

We started by collecting all the necessary content and data into shared Google Docs for easy collaboration. From there, we translated the vision into a Figma design prototype, ensuring the user experience matched the tone and professionalism of the practice.

Before moving into development, we shared the design direction with the client for soft approval, ensuring alignment on both structure and visual identity.

Development & Delivery

For the build, we chose WordPress—a platform that offered flexibility, SEO-friendliness, and easy content updates. The site was custom-designed, not based on templates, and built from the ground up to ensure responsiveness, speed, and user experience.

We also integrated the client’s booking system, making it seamless for visitors to schedule sessions directly through the site.

From discovery to launch, the entire project was completed in under 30 days.

Results
